L1 to H1 and then went out of the country ?
  Hi,
I read lot of forums and everybody on the forums are just asking the same questions and what i could see is most of the guys who went for change of status from L1 to H1 has stayed with the L1-Company for around 1-2 months before they moved to the new employers.
Have any of the guys went for a H1 stamping after the status violation (Working after L1 even after H1 is approved) ??
I know if its a change of status you don't need to go out of the country but if you go out you have to get it stamped and then enter into United States.
What we all wanted to know is have anyone who has move later then 1 month to the new H1 employer faced any problems in Stamping or Green Card filing. Any Help or suggestion heartly appreciated.
