L1 Stamped and H1 approved
  I am presently in india and i have got my L1 Visa stamped from company A , compnay B applied for My H1B(L1 to H1 transfer when i was in USA) and got the petition approved.
Can i go to US and work for Company A on L1 and then shift to Company B on H1.
what will happen to My H1 petition if i go to US on L1 from Company A

If you are out of the US right now, you can enter the US with L1 stamp to work for L1 company provided your L1 is still valid.
Change of status plays ONLY if you were in the US.
