When can you apply for stamping
  Hi,
My H1 visa stamp expires on June 30th.
How soon can I apply for stamping in Washington DC, can it be more than 60 days in advance or is there a time limit?
Can I apply both for my H1 and my wife's H4 at the same time, does it require separate fees?

  before expiry and less than a year after expiry.
yes you can apply for your wife as well, please send the money in seperate cashier's checks. check the rates from www.state.gov
give yourself a 3-4 month margin to get back your passports.
