I got an RFE on 7th year extension asking for ETA 750A and B copy ....
Is it easy to get this? Can an applicant get a copy of this from
department state? or a attorney need to apply for this?
My lawyer arm twisting me for money....
Any idea appreciated......

---- Your lawyer who received approved LC copy or filed for LC has the copy of ETA 750A and ETA750B, it shold also be with the employer who filed LC for you employer keeps the copy

---- read the RFE again they cant ask "reciept date at department of state..." they are asking from Department of labor(DOL)
It means your LC has been approved and BCIS is asking a copy of approved LC, your company lawyer has the copy of approved LC and your employer is also supposed to have the copy.
Any one got this from DOS? how long it takes?
------- DOS has nothing to do with LC and DOL will not give you a copy, DOL can give record of approved LC to BCIS only if BCIS requests DOL

After reading your below thread posting, I came to know that your LC is still pending and not approved. How your lawyer can have the ETA750A stamped by DOL when it is not approved? What you have to do is provide them the copy of receipt that your lawyer received from SESA after filing your LC. That SESA letter has your PD when LC was filed and that is the evidence that LC was filed for you on XYZ date. Your attorney has to reply them that how you can submit ETA 750A stamped by DOL as it has not been approved but pending and the evidence is SESA letter. Do you have dumb lawyer who is handling your 7th year h1?

My LC is pending more than 365 days.. in NJ.
I have already submitted a reciept from dept of state showing reciept date of my application along with 7th year extension as a proof.
So you mean to say, one cannot have a stamped ETA 750 on request .. if LC is not cleared? If that is the case, we have stupid RFE here...
Yes u r right.... I am using diff attorney.
They did not send RFE.... they informed over phone to my attorney, to cover their earlier mistake of sending some info instead of RFE calling its a RFE1
