  I apologize for multiple posts for question on DS156 form. My wife and I are going for H4 and H1B visa stamping(Toronto) respectively. I have a few more questions on this form:
26: How long do you intend to stay in the U.S?
What should I reply here. Should I calculate the time period based on my H1B expiry date?
29: Have you Ever Been in the U.S? When? For How Long?
How do I answer these? Real confusing...
28: Who will pay for your trip?
Should I say "Myself" or "My Spouse" or should I mention the person's name?
15: Home Address
Can I put my home address in the U.S?

29: Have you Ever Been in the U.S?
---- Yes, I work in US on H1B visa and inpast entered US on H1B on XYZ date( I think only YES will work)
When?
From date XYZ to date ABC
For How Long?
-------- Till date XYZ to the last day you leave US for Canada
How do I answer these? Real confusing...

Thank a lot for your reply. Your answers were really helpful. Would you also mind answering my earlier question on Section 33 on DS156: "Do you intend to study in the U.S?"
My wife is on H4 and she is taking a couple of classes at a Community College. Should I say yes here or is this only for F1 cases.
