Could anyone tell me that if a married girl who is staying in US on H1B (and spouse on H4) becomes pregnant, is she compelled to leave the country?

I don't know where u got this information. Thats totally absurd and there is no law which states one can be removed from a country if she gets pregnant.

US is a country of immigrants.
Many Mexican women in later period of their pregnancy cross border only to give birth on US soil so that the baby gets US citizenship. With sole exception of babies born of parents holding diplomatic passports, all children born in US including illegal immigrant get US citizenship.
New arrival of a baby is a happy event. Look forward for it.
