i have been given 221(g) on H1B vis ain the month of oct,,, it specifies requires further admin precessing and will be informed ....... now i got married and he got his H1B visa before our marriage. GOT A SLOT ON JAN 24TH FOR me for H4. as he still didn't enter into USA and i have got 221, will there be any problem for my H4??? what docs do i need to carry with me? other than his NOA and visa xerox?? do i need any docs from his employer???
