I got a Job a few months ago and recently my petition for H1-B was accepted. Now, I want to get my passport stamped. I am from Venezuela,and one of the requirement in the US embassy in Venezuela is the form I-797. The Form that I received is the I-797A. I would like to know if the form I-797 is the same as the form I-797A?
Also, I would like to know what are the common causes for which a visa is rejected? because I don't want to loose my job.....

Yes, I-797 is the same as the form I-797A.
Just take all the documents like ur certificates, ur experirnce certificate and know about your new job/company as much as possible. Be confident and you will get your visa.
