Hi there,
I'm Arjun and I was there in the US from 2000 till feb of 2006. I graduated in Dec of 2004 and due to some financial reasons my degree was withheld by the university. I cleared the due by Jan of 2006 and in feb 2006 I returned back to India. After my graduation I overstayed in the US for little more than a year.
Could anyone please tell me what are my chances of getting H1 approved if I apply it this year or is there any time limit for me to stay outside the US inorder to clear the previous records.
Anyone, please let me know if u have answers for my question.

..overstays between 180 days and 1 yr attract a 3 yr bar..over that 10 yrs. You have almost 3 yrs so you'd be subject to a 10 yr bar
