On Dec 2005 my H1B and my wife H4 visa has been transferred form employer A to employer B and my passport and my wife’s passport having the employer A Visa stamped which is valid till 10/01/2006.
With this condition if my self or/and my wife traveling to India on Aug 2006 and will be back to US on Sep 1st week, can we enter and get through the immigration with this employer A (pervious employer) stamping on passport?
To get the stamping for my current employer B (valid Oct 2008) I don’t see any available interview slot at Chennai, India till Nov 2006.
