I need some suggestion from u people. My case, is applied for H1 & got approved also. Now need to go for stamping with Husband and Kid as dependents. My question is in DS-156 form
I) Do u intend to work in US..? (for husabnd)
what should be the possible answer for this question..?

Your husband is not allowed to work while he is on H4 visa. Therefore on his DS 156 mention that he does not intend to work in the US.

Y'day i received documents from my employer from US.
Offer Letter, Education Evaluation, I129.
What r the other documents i need to take to the counslate for stamping..?
i) do i need a letter addressed to embassy by my employer..?
ii) do i need the employer office pic's & employer IT returns..?
my employer doesn't have a website and it is a small company..?
will there be any stamping issue in such a case

Take maximum documentation possible if you apprehend a refusal based on the size of your company. In fact, the consular officers will ask for extra documents other than those mentioned commonly, if they are not wholly convinced about the credibility of the company that you are going to work for in the US.

Actually my passport expiry was nov 2005, but at the time of sending doc's for H1-B, i got it renewed and sent old passport and new passport photo copies. But my employer entered old passport number in petition. Next week i am planning to go for stamping.
What r the consequences in such a case..?
how to get corrected in such a short time..?
second thing is missing 2 sheets in the petition..?
