Hi all
I am in US on F1-OPT and have applied for H1B this year (18th May is my receipt date) I need to get my stamp urgently. I want to know the quickest way of doing this. I am planning to convert to premium processing now which will give me an approval by august. Then I plan to go to Canada (wait time at some Canada centres is less than a month) in maybe september and get the stamp. I want to know, taht since my visa will start from October, can I enter back on my OPT status in September using my EAD?
Will there be any other problem, taht I dont see?

I am in a similar situation, According to the attorney it should not be problem to come on OPT provided I have OPT card, employment letter, I20 stamped and H1 approved(important, She emphasised on not leaving the country without H1 approval)
