Hello Everyone,
My H1b visa expires on Dec 2006 and my Wife H4 visa expires on Dec 2006. I have my approval notice for new tenure of H1b visa till 2009. I am planning to got to canada to get my visa stamping now. Will it be a problem if I go now? If they reject it can I still come to US becasue my visa is still valid till Dec 2006. Also do I need to take my wife for revalidation or I can take her documents along with me and she does not need to come.

Answer:
1. Your wife will have to go with you for visa revalidation.
2. I think, in a case where your visa revalidation is denied, still you can enter into US, based on your previous valid visa.
