Hi!
I have recently been granted an 3yr extension to my H4 visa, my husband's H1-B visa was also extended for three yrs. Does anyone know what we need to do to get the visa in our passports updated?

Goto American Consulate in your home country and get it stamped. Take all the required documents.
The visa stamping is necessary only if you're re-entering into USA, as long as you are here in USA you don't need to get it stamped. All you need to have is the approval of extension.
