Hi ,
I am a permanent resident in Singapore staying here for 6 years and iam a Indian citizen. I have my H1b documents addressing to US consulate Singapore.
Since i hear quite a few delay in H1B stamping in Singapore and I am planning to take an employment back in india, can i do the stamping in India- Chennai instead of stamping in Singapore.

why do you think to go for stamping in india
why don't you try here?
i think 6 years period + PR is more enough to go for stamping.

I am scarred of the queries being asked by the Officers in Singapore consulate. Do you have any friends who have got stamping in Singapore in short period say in 2 months time? For my friends, it took 6 months to 1 year for the stamping in Singapore if the employer in US is small company.
Do you know what are all the documents that will be asked by the US consulate in Singapore?

Last year one of my friend got stamped in singapore.he is a PR in singapore.
I don't have any idea about the documents asked by VO.
But,i have a plan to go here after received my papers.
