Hi All,
I just need a clarification on H1B transfer. Actually I got my visa stamped in Nov 2005 from India and it is valid till Oct 2008. If I go for H1 Transfer in case of change in employer do I need to go for stamping again? And how abt another extension after Oct 2008. What is the process for that??
Pl. let me know at the earliest.

You need a stamping only if you leave the US. If you change your employer or if your visa expires you need to go for an interview to the consulate.
