My husband is on L1-visa and I am on L2 visa + EAD. My husband is working for India based company A and I am working for US based company B.
Both my husband and I have got our H1-B visa approved for Oct 2006 through company B.
Shall we go back to India for H1-B stamping together? What is more advantageous going separately or going together?

This is what I have observed when I went for stamping..
The Officer asks for any documents and they have to be in ORIGINAL... i cannot stress on this fact...
they asked me my expired OPT card... I had it....
So I really cannot answer whether you going together or on different dates matter..
All that matters is what the officer asks you and how well you can handle the situation...
