I am Durga i hold an Master of Technology in Computer science Engineering,right now working as s/w Engineer in a good reputed company xyz for past 3 years,
i have applied for H1b and got appointment fixed this month.
i have an doubt initially i was not working for one year after my master degree due to some reasons ,and later i was working ,will this might be a problem facing an interview,if VO asks regarding this what should i answer please can any one of u have faced this kind of problem reply please.

No problem,because you completed Masters in Computers and after that since 3 years you are working in software industry.If visa officer asked you reagrding that one year you can conivnce that you are under some trainings.

There wont be any problem....I think VO wont ask you why u was not working....as they are intreasted in seeing your current employment details...
and if at all VO ask u about that give them clear idea about your prob.
