Hello Friends,
I have applied for H1b my interview is scheduled this month.
i am basically from computer science background working as a s/w Engineer for ABC company.
i recently got married,my husband is an GreenCard Holder.My husband did not sponser me
i got it through some other company VO might very well know that i am joining my husband.will i face problems
regarding this.
I have some clarification regarding this
if VO questions me what should I reply
1)How long will u stay in USA
2)Where will u stay in USA
3)y cant ur husband sponser u
4)After ur project gets over will u return back to India
5)u have applied H1B just to join ur husband
If anybody of u have faced these kind of situation please reply me.
