Hi,
I am on H1B visa from company A. My visa expires on 30th Sep 2006. I have transferred my visa to company B and they have applied it for another 3 years. But I have to visit India for personal reasons, in the 1st week of Oct. I might get a stamping date in India in March 2007.
My question is -
1. Will there be any problem in stamping? (Since there is a gap of 6 months).

If you are travelling to India in October you cannot enter US until u get your new Visa stamped in your passport. You can try and get emergency appointment date which you will get by October itself. Check it in VFS site.

Acutally my confusion is, if they will ask for any client letter/pay stubs during stamping. Since I have not started working with new company so I dont have either.

if you are going for stamping in October, i think there shuld not be any problem since you will be having ur paystub till sept i guess.
