I am going for my H1b visa stamping for the second time, a few months ago I was arrested on DWI charges (plead guilty to misdemeanor charge), there's a clause on the DS-156 form asking if I was ever arrested or convicted for any crime or offense. Do I need to disclose this information on the DS-156 form. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
