Hi,
I went to Chennai consulate.
I am actually from commerce background and working as SAP functional consultant.
In my petition my employer mentioned my disignation as "Programmer Analyst" and becoz of this I have been asked whether I know C, .NET or Oracle.
Finally they have taken all my papers and told that they cant issue H1 for me and put a date stamp in my passport. The date they stamped is 13 May 2007.
Now can any body tell me what is the importance of this date stamp and is there any restriction to go for another H1 stamping becoz of this.

Hi,
221(g) is insufficient documnetation. For you may be you can get the ducational evaluation copy form your employer and apply for the VISA again.
