Hello,
Here is my scenario:
In Jun '05, I was selected by company A, I got my H1B visa transferred to this co's name (from my earlier employer 'Z'). I worked with this company for 3 months. In Sep '05, I received an apparently better offer from an another company B, & I joined them, transferring my visa from A to B.
But now due to some reasons, I intend to join back my previous company A. I still have the I-797 (petition) from company A in my possesion. The expiry date on both the companies' I-797 is the same, i.e. Jun 2008. Do I still need to re-transfer my visa back to company A or will the old I-797 still hold?
